How long have you been in business?

Online, Selling under my label Since Oct 8, 2003 (Ebay) and On Hyenacart Since Jan 2006.

What is your favorite product and why?

I have enjoyed so many of the designs I have done it is hard to decide on just 1 or 2!

What business accomplishment are you most excited about?

I would have to say my longevity. I have seen many come and go so I am proud to not only have been here this long but to have maintained my reputation and feedback on both Ebay and HC with no major issues.

Do you sell only at your Hyena Cart or other places as well?

Occasionally I will still list on Ebay, but only as time permits. I sell locally and HC mainly.

Any tips or tricks to share about balancing it all?

Stay focused and remember why you do what you do. It is hard balance for sure, so create a daily goal that is reachable and once you reach stop and go spend time with your family. If you try to do to much it will overwhelm you and burn you out very quickly.

What advice would you offer to a WAHM just getting started?

Pay attention to the customer! The biggest mistakes I see being made are bad communication and what the customer requested not being followed. Take very good notes on the order and measurements and keep the lines of communication open wide so they never feel in the dark about what is going on.
